How it works

hookify is a pump.fun launchpad for coins with rules. A pump.fun coin cannot carry a transfer hook, so the rules here are enforced through the pay: every coin shares its trading fees with its holders once per shift, and the rules decide who is paid.

Overview

Trade

Every trade pays a creator fee. 75% of it goes into the coin's pay pool.

Hold by the rules

Each coin has up to 3 fixed rules, plus one the holders vote in.

Get paid

When the shift ends, the pool is shared in SOL between the wallets that kept the rules.

A shift

A shift lasts 60 minutes and follows the clock, so every coin pays at the same minute.

  • The holder list is read every 2 minutes. Every change of a wallet's balance since the last look is booked as bought or sold.
  • You are paid for what you held through the whole shift. That is the lowest balance the wallet showed between the start and the end of the shift. A wallet that arrives during a shift is paid from the next one.
  • Wallets below 1,000 coins are not counted.
  • If nobody qualifies, the pay rolls on. It stays in the pool for the next shift.

Because the list is read every 2 minutes and not on every trade, a sell and a buy back inside the same 2 minutes can go unseen.

The rules

Each sentence is exactly what the engine does.

RuleWhat it does

"No snipe" and "no bundle" are read once from the coin's first transactions on chain. Everything else comes from the looks at the holder list.

The vote

Every 24 shifts the holders of a coin vote one more rule in. It joins the rules the creator fixed and stays until another vote replaces it.

  • One wallet, one ballot, weighed by its bag. The weight is what the wallet holds at the moment the vote is counted.
  • Voting is a free signature. It moves nothing.
  • No quorum. If nobody votes, the rule from before stays.
  • Rules the creator fixed are not on the ballot. They cannot be voted out.

Getting paid

  • Pay is SOL, sent to your wallet. No claim button. Each pay run is a plain transfer from the coin's vault that you can check on chain.
  • Pay is sent from 0.001 SOL. Smaller amounts stay credited to the wallet and are sent once they add up.
  • The time card shows where you stand. On every coin page you can paste any wallet and see whether it is on the payroll, why not, and what it would get if the shift ended now.

Fees and the vault

The split of a coin's creator fees is written on chain at launch and locked. Nobody can change it afterwards.

Fees are swept from pump.fun into the vault once 0.002 SOL is waiting. The vault keeps a small reserve of its fees for its own network costs.

Launching

A coin launched here is an ordinary pump.fun coin: same bonding curve, same migration to PumpSwap. Pick up to 3 rules, describe the coin, approve twice: the first approval creates the coin (with an optional initial buy of up to 50 SOL), the second locks the fee split.

What it cannot do

  • It cannot stop a trade. Nothing here blocks a sell, taxes a transfer or caps a wallet. A rule only moves the pay.
  • It does not see every trade. The holder list is read every 2 minutes.
  • It cannot tell that two wallets are one person. "Max bag" and "small bags first" can be dodged by splitting a bag over several wallets.
  • The vault key is held by hookify. The pay is sent by this site's software, not by a program on chain. Every pay run is a public transaction.
  • No trades, no pay. The pool is filled only by trading fees.

FAQ

I bought five minutes before pay day. Why did I get nothing?

You are paid for what you held through the whole shift. A wallet that arrives during a shift is on the payroll from the next one.

Who picks the lottery winner?

A number made from the coin's address, the shift number and the chain slot of the holder list the shift was settled on picks one wallet from the payroll, in address order. The number and the slot are shown with every shift.

Does the creator earn anything?

Not from fees. If the creator holds the coin, that wallet is on the payroll like any other, under the same rules.
